For most of my career, I've worked at the intersection of strategy, operations and transformation, helping organizations navigate growth, complexity and change. One of the defining chapters was leading strategy through one of the largest mergers in the legal industry, and then helping integrate and scale the business afterward.
But there has always been another, equally important thread running through my life: human transformation.
Long before Viveka, coaching, leadership development and personal growth were a passion of mine. I've spent years investing in my own development and experienced firsthand how the right coach can fundamentally change the way someone leads, works and lives.
For a long time, I saw these as two separate worlds. One was about helping organizations perform at their best. The other was about helping people become their best.

That's when the two worlds connected. I realized I'd spent my career solving operational complexity at scale, while my passion had always been human potential. I could bring those two things together to solve a problem I now knew the coaching industry desperately needed solved.
