One of the easiest assumptions to make in a growing practice is that the next revenue milestone will make the money side feel easier.
It usually doesn't.
More clients mean more money coming in.
But also more expenses. More decisions. More taxes to plan for. More questions about what stays in the business and what you can actually take out.
More money can just give you bigger numbers to be confused about.
That's why I think there's something worth doing before focusing on the next revenue goal:
Understand the money you already make.
On November 5, I'm joining Heidi DeCoux, Founder & CEO of Cashflowy, for a free live session created for the Viveka coaching community.
You Make Real Money. So Why Doesn't Your Bank Account Look Like It?
Thursday, November 5 · 12 PM ET · Live on Zoom
We'll look at what's happening with the money already moving through your business—where it goes, what needs to stay put, what you can safely pay yourself, and what your business can actually afford next.
No accounting lecture.
Just a clearer picture of the business you've already built.
Because the clearest path to more isn't always making more first.
Sometimes it's understanding what you already have.
